As a transformation coach, Ralph Höfliger and his partners have been accompanying and supporting organizations and executives in transformation for over 30 years, especially in the areas of corporate culture, participative organizational and strategy development, leading in complexity (VUCA) and organizational design for the next generation organization (agile, resilient, self-organized companies).

He leads and facilitates the necessary transformation processes and spaces in which organizations adapt their culture and structure to the changing environment. As a pioneer in Switzerland in the design and leadership of customized large groups in company-wide change processes, he draws on a wealth of experience in participative methods.

As an executive coach and mentor, he is a sparring partner for leaders in finding their personal mission, vision, values and solutions for challenging situations. His personal interest and field of research in human consciousness enable him to offer a holistic, authentic and innovative coaching approach.

Ralph Höfliger is a lecturer at various universities of applied sciences in his specialist areas of corporate culture, organizational development/change management, complexity management and large group interventions. He lectures and publishes regularly on these topics.

He has been a member of the OE-Forum Switzerland for 25 years and was on the leadership team for 7 of those years.

Ralph Höfliger has a Master in Computer Science and Business Administration.
