Finally – our first Large Group Intervention after the lock-down

What enthusiasm, joy and energy in the room, when – for the first time since a year and a half – (almost) all employees met again physically to shape the future together.

And everything fit: the intention, the topic, the location, the community of people. The Premium Loung of the largest stadium in Switzerland aroused passion and emotions and released the will to fully contribute. The topic of CIP – introduction of a continuous improvement process – fit perfectly with the intention: to democratize the organization, ie enable, empower and take responsibility for working not only IN the system, but also AT system. Everybody has the opportunity and responsibility to continuously optimize the organization, the processes and the cooperation and to align them to the needs of the customers and the success of the company.
